Patrick Beelner began his culinary career in the kitchen of his cousin’s steak and wild game restaurant, later attending the CU Business School, earning a degree in Finance and Business Management.  Patrick returned to the restaurant industry with the Wrangler BBQ Restaurant in Boulder. First as a kitchen manager, then operations manager and ultimately general manager.

Away from the business, Patrick enjoys playing horseshoes, gardening and checking out the newest eateries with his wife, Nora. They have 3 sons, 2 of whom work in the family business: Andrew is the kitchen manager and Alex is the manager of the Hearsay Café at the CU Law School.

Nora Beelner was the original baker and recipe researcher for the business who now is the office manager. She looks forward to happy hour with her friends where she continues to research food and beverage trends. Her interests included reading, hiking and knitting. But she enjoys spending time with her grandkids most of all.

Jessica Mann

Jessica is a Boulder native, and is very excited to live and work in Boulder County. With more than ten years of experience in the food service industry she is skilled at food preparation, multitasking, customer service and project management. Jessica studied Communications at the University of Northern Colorado, and has worked in several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Through her years in the food, beverage and service industries she learned that she enjoys working with people and the hospitality aspect that goes along with great service. Event planning is something she dreamed of doing since she was very young. She pays very close attention to detail and always does her best to ensure the quality of service is nothing less than exceptional. In her spare time, you can find Jessica skiing, hiking or cooking for friends or family. She also enjoys expanding her food/service knowledge through traveling and trying new domestic and international restaurants.

Tracey Macdonald

Tracey is originally from Hawaii, where she was introduced to wedding design at a young age. As a little girl, Tracey watched many wedding ceremonies take place in her backyard – the sandy beaches of East Oʻahu. While her friends played in the shore break, she paid close attention to every ceremony detail. Twenty years later, Tracey is still captivated by design. After earning a degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado, Tracey decided to pursue a career that encouraged creativity. She realized her passion for event planning when she joined the Front Range Catering team in 2013. Tracey’s favorite part about event planning is (you guessed it) design! She enjoys collaborating with her clients and helping them bring their visions to reality. When she is not planning events for the beautiful people of Colorado, Tracey is playing in the mountains or dreaming of the ocean – her favorite muse of all.

Stefanie Floodeen

Stefanie come to us with a degree in event planning and hospitality management. She is a native of Boulder County and is excited to be working in beautiful Boulder. She joins our team with years of experience planning events in the surrounding communities of Longmont and Firestone. Stefanie has a talent for time management, with 4 children this is a necessity. She has the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining her composure – perfect for wedding planning. In her spare time Stefanie enjoys making cupcakes and dancing ballet.

Every morning before the sun rose, Tullia would watch her mother make freshly baked bread for a local grocery store. After she was given an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas, Tullia began to join in on the work. She would spend hours in the kitchen making miniature cakes and brownies, impersonating her favorite cooking show hosts. Though it seemed like an inherent career choice, she always thought of baking as a hobby. How could something that smells so delicious be a job? Once she transitioned her hobby to her career, however, she found that it was the perfect fit for her. Since joining Front Range Catering in 2012, Tullia has transitioned to Head Baker, now managing her own team. The days of Easy Bake Ovens are in the past; Tullia now makes mouth-watering Petit Fours, Flan, and personalized cakes to make your event even more memorable.
