About You: We are looking for a dependable &, energetic individual to assist our Head Baker. The perfect fit for this role is someone detail-oriented, accountable, and proficient in a production bakery.

What We’d Like From You:

• Preparation and production of breakfast items including breads, pastries, cupcakes, dessert bars, brownies, cookies, pies, tarts, wedding cakes, and other desserts using established formulas and techniques.
• Plate and package products in a consistent and attractive manner.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and follow established food safety procedures.
• Vigilantly avoid potential cross-contamination, especially major allergens.
• Other duties as assigned by Pastry Chef. 

Experience/Skills – Required:

• Experience with made-from-scratch baking.
• Dependable & enthusiastic.
• Effective time management.
• Math skills sufficient to follow and scale formulas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience/Skills – Great to Have:

• Cake decorating skills.
• Knife skills.

Job Requirements:

• Clean & professional appearance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
