About us: We are a family-owned Catering & Events business serving Boulder Valley and the surrounding areas since 1992. About you: We are looking for a high-energy, organized individual to join our kitchen staff. The ideal person for this role should be self-motivated, reliable, and experienced in a commercial kitchen.

What we want from you:

• Prepare a wide variety of cuisine according to chef-prepared prep lists.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Ensure food presentation is visually appealing.
• Follow recipes and operating procedures as set by our Executive Chef.
• Share your unique recipes, techniques and presentations you’ve executed in the past.

Job requirements:

• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn every day.
• Complete food prep with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized area throughout your shift.
• communicate effectively with the team.
• Complete daily tasks and assigned projects on time.
• Receive and rotate food supplies as they come in.
• Clean, organize and maintain refrigerators, coolers, prep areas, wet/dry storage areas.
• Reliable transportation to & from work.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to lift 30lbs without assistance.

Must be available for AM & PM shifts (generally ending by 6 pm) Monday – Friday with rotating weekends.
